Customers text or scan a QR code to access a menu where they may place an order or request. TEXT4SERVICE can also be integrated into your existing app.
Orders and requests are displayed on an iPad running TEXT4SERVICE. Multiple iPads may be used for very large facilities or multiple sections. Orders change color to indicate time thresholds and turn red if benchmarks are missed.
Staff can view requests on the iPad or use TEXT4SERVICE Mobile to view on their smart phones. Because location information is included, they know exactly where to go for the order or request and can respond quickly.
Because TEXT4SERVICE is cloud-based, all reports are available
online to managers or corporate offices. Issues are easily identified and incentive measurements are easily gathered for top performers.
